I'm into LA this week... for good
 

So I move to the South Bay area on Thursday, getting into LAX at around 4:00 PM.

I'm still homeless, and I'll be searching for an apartment in the following week or so. I start work on the 21st, so I have a bit of time to get things sorted.

I'll more than likely have a lot of time in between visiting apartments, if anyone wants to have some beers or whatnot hit me up. I'm not sure what hotel I'm even going to be staying at yet for the time being- I've been wrapping up things here at my current job all week and it's been hectic.

If anyone has a couch they wouldn't mind me crashing on for a night I'd be highly appreciative. I don't know a single soul in the area yet.

It should be noted that I'll be having dinner in Manhattan Beach at Versailles on Thursday night if my plans do not change between now and then.

I'm subbing on bass with Steely Jam (a Steely Dan tribute band) on Thursday at The Waterfront in Marina del Rey if you want to hear some music.

I have some extra beds, but unfortunately they are 1500 miles away. Wish I were closer. I'd be happy to help.

What area are you going to be hanging out? "South bay" is kinda vague and L.A. is a big place.

Marina Del Ray is a stones throw from LAX and Manhattan beach FWIW.

If he gets on the 405 he'll get a quick education in LA traffic :p
