Negative camber on a live axle?

I saw a full size Chevy van today that had stock suspension but the rear wheels were in negative camber. How in the heck does THAT happen?

AFAIK, there is no adjustment for camber on the rear axle.

Bad outer bearings?? Bent axle housing??

Stock car guys used to do it on the right side of the axle housing. Heat + pressure = negative camber= faster lap times. Caused axle failure, got outlawed.

If it's on a chevy van, I guess there was too much rockin', not enough knockin'.

"Dukes of Hazzard" jumps, no doubt. I bet there's a youtube video involving that van out there somewhere. :)
