You can see the US border guy nab one of the guys probing the boarder. He's trying to cuff him when he draws his gun as the other homies converge. He holds his gun as they continue to converge. -- I guess they thought that they had the tactical advantage on the lone officer.

Pet rocks are a very dangerous breed. But some would argue that it's the rock owner and not the rock itself.

I take it that it was the third shoot that dropped the guy. (were the 1st two warning shots?)

I've heard that there is another video that shows the guy who got shot as holding out his arm like he's aiming a gun at the the lone border patrol guy.

The video begins with a bunch of people going through a hole in a fence on the U.S. side of the river and running towards Mexico. The bike-riding BP agent grabs one of them. The rest of them run over the dry river bed into Mexico(?)

What was going on there? Were they running from BP custody on the other side of the fence? I'm confused. I thought that they run INTO the U.S., not Mexico.

At least the video clears-up the rumor/lie about the BP guy being in Mexico when he shot him.

Look again. There are 3 going to the US fence to assist one guy coming thru (from the US side)

Sounds like organized crime to me.

I think that the US-BP's safety/comfort zone may have overlapped into messycan space. I'm stunned that those two charged toward the USBP guy with his gun drawn and pointed in their direction. The messycans must have been really well motivated to make that transfer happen.

They were human smugglers. Nobody is trying to get smuggled from US into Mexico, so you have to be in Mexico to keep your business going. Pretty bold to charge USBP officer who has his gun out and is drawing down on you, more stupid than bold I guess.

At the start of the video, there's one guy already through the fence, and the three other fellas are starting to go through the fence (into US) when the BP agent comes up. When the three "not quite through the fence" fellas see the BP agent, they try to run across the ditch back home, and he grabs one of them.


I think they should just set up sniper posts with beanbags and rubber bullets for a while, and scare the holy hell out of the messikans and give them some Hugh Jass welts with the beanbag guns and rubber bullets.

And if that doesn't work, maybe they could consider real bullets.

Yes. Without taking action, they would cause great bodily harm. They have the ability, and are demonstrating the intent to do so. Bang.

Totally agree, but then if I am the President of Mexico I have to spin this to stay in office.

Someone starts throwing rocks at me, be it on the border with Mexico or Israel, I am going to defend myself. Its not a difficult concept to grasp once you have been on the receiving end of deadly missles like this.

Well, knowing that BP officers are being murdered, I don't blame him at all for protecting himself & this country from invaders..
