ODDJOB UNO ESQ. vs. BAD EVIL body shop
yep today is court for my previous mentioned BAILOR/BAILEE winch theft from my vehicle while being worked on at body shop we spent 10's of 1000's of dollars with doing biz.
cant wait til POS KOOK SUCKA body shop owner PERJURES HIMSELF! his counter claim and i quote " we have no prior record or invoice of ODDJOB UNO ESQ. ever having his vehicle worked on by us therefore we do not owe the aforementioned subject any money." aside from witnesses(2) and stacks of 8x10 glossys with pictures and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each and a police report, we have a lil surprise for POS body shop owner slimeball lying kook sucka....................... after he spews his B.S.(PERJURES) i will drop a lil thang called a RECEIPT on the judges desk attesting to the fact my vehicle was worked on there and it is also a LIFETIME WARRANTY card should i ever be unhappy with their repairs. and then we go into your classic BAILOR/BAILEE type of TORT LAW that will be a slamdunk for ODDJOB UNO ESQ. bottomline despite signs posted to contrary. any shop that works on your car from the moment ya hand over yer keys IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE! today is "SEE YOU IN COURT MO-FO DAY! and i cant wait! apparently at 6'3" 215#'s with my glasses crooked, my hair going sideways, my razor sharped edged TOP HAT i cut quite the opposing figure when viewed by others. hahahahaha FEAR THE HAT! |

standard for any court nowadays. now the interesting thang here in arizona BY LAW they must supply lockers for those of us with AZCCW permits to lock yer spoon up. cool huh? this idiot doesnt have a clue what kind of freight train is coming his way. and it aint stopping. really really really looking forward to my day in court with this humongus MORON ICON OF INDUSTRY. the amount of DOLLARS $$$$$$$ is STUPIFYING beyond BELIEF that he has lost because of this crap from our bizzness. |

well ODDJOB UNO nailed all the points perfectly.
1) signed affadavits by (3) people 2) POLICE REPORT 3) body shop lifetime warranty card issued to me(after of course letting body shop owner lie thru his teeth that my vehicle was never there. 4) 8x10 glossys with pictures and arrows nad a paragraph on the back of each. body shop owner stated he never had an invoice and my vehicle was NEVER THERE! stated he never worked on any of our vehicles and was caught red handed in a LIE! we plowed him under with our evidence. feel really good about this. waiting for judge to issue verdict by mail. soon to be wifey piped up when he lied about vehicle never being there and nailed him royally that she was present as well as my son when we dropped off vehicle and picked up vehicle with missing winch. mentioned bailor/baillee TORT LAW and she acknowledged that is prevalent here. waiting for my verdict which will be mailed to me. staring at my mailbox. ODDJOB UNO ESQ. |
