bathroom cabinet, closet... where to buy?

I have been looking for bathroom sink cabinet and closet on ebay and local stores. While taking break and playing in PP, I am posting this here in case someone know a place where to get them inexpensive.
Thanks.

Home Depot, Lowe's, Menards come to mind.

I'm sure you have some local home remodeling stores. Do a google search for your area. You might find exactly what you want in a little store.

Haha,
Home Depot, Lowes, and some local stores, yes, I searched. I wanted to see if anyone here knows better places as I stated above, regarding price.

Look 171,
I am in SCAl.
Currently looking for a single bathroom sink width around 40" to 45" and/or a standing closet, not too modern, not too classic. Something in cherrywood kindda redish color. I also went to "state College" area. Sounds like you know something/some places else?

+1

My bathroom cabinet is ikea, and we own two standing wardrobes from them as well. As long as you put them together well they're actually quite nice IMHO.

Contractor's warehouse.
They used to have a store in brea but i heard it's just a warehouse now so you might have to drive up the 5 fwy to slauson. roof is striped like a pumpkin. I know, I hate driving into LA county too.

A quick search might help. Bought lots O'stuff there, always got good quality at great prices.

nuff said.

EDIT looks like they changed their name to HD supply: http://www.showroom411.com/SiteBrowser.aspx?url=http%3a%2f%2fwww.contractorsw arehouse.com

To give you an idea

rnln

This is a collection from Home Depot (Canada) and actually made in Canada except for the mirror (China).

Everything included (Cabinet, Granite Top/Sink, Faucets and mirror) was just about $1500 US tax included (15% up here)...

We also got the matching Linen tower ($600). Not a bad kit at all when you compare it to stuff from "plumbing store" at double the price.

Orange County?

I am a general contractor and own a cabinet/wood shop as well. 50% of our business are custom end kitchens and baths.

Traditional style cabinets can be had all over town. Most are medium to darker colors, that's because the general plublic wants it. By closet, you really just want a tall cabinet for towels or what have you? Not a closet where you want to hang clothing? Many designer build closets in the master bath, so people do not have to walk back into the bed room to get dress. You could go to your local HOme Depot and order a tall cabinet like a kitchen pantry without all the wire baskets and such and just have them put shelves in it. The only thing is that they are 24" deep. Too deep for most bath application if its going next to the vanity cabinet. Most of the HD cabinets are made in the mid west somewhere. I am not sure if is better or worst then the chinese made products. Some Chinese stuff is pretty well made, you just have to know what to look for. That Costo product seem OK. you can pick and choose and they will sent someone to your home to measure and get you what you want. I saw a display there yesterday.

There's a guy in El monte who imports this stuff. He had limited styles, but most are ok products. I just remoded a run down home for my real state agent using their stuff through out the house and it turn out pretty good, not custom but... I saw a set of plan on his desk while I was there, this builder is building a 3500sq' home in WA state and he's having them ship all the cabinets there. Good luck and let me know if I can sent you someplace.

Jeff

Costco - Hardware - Vanities

I believe they include shipping, and products can be returned to a local warehouse.
