Those would go well with Wilkinson's Gold Plated Porsche!

Yes, those 2 images are Photoshopped (not the images above). Someone mentioned RS style cufflink so I quick chopped the 2 images. But I wouldn't be surprised if they really do exist.

prebordao 06-27-2010 06:51 AM

What's the turnaround time to have Al Reed do a custom finish for me?

Why is it that fuchs are so popular among the 911 crowd?

They're ok looking, but really nothing special IMO.

It's a 911 thing, you wouldn't understand.

m21sniper 06-27-2010 04:35 PM

I like some 911's.

I just don't worship at the altar of their leaky crankcases....

Hey, it's also a 944 thing.

m21sniper 06-27-2010 04:47 PM

Please do explain.

Cue Byron: "Are you open to trades"? ;)

prebordao 07-01-2010 07:54 AM

Well, since Fuchs made their 1st appearance in the famed 67 911S they have set the standard, not just in the 911 crowd, but have been sought after by the VW Cal Look crowd from almost day one (of the Fuchs) & Mini-Truck crowd of the 70s & 80s. I don't know of another factory wheel that has been copied more & used on more non-Porsches than the forged Fuchs. So popular that Porsche came out with Fuch styled wheels for the new cars. Popular on 911s, 914 & early 944s because of their styling & superior stregnth over their cast counterparts (cookie cutters & phone dials) and yes, some of us just really like them:D

Fuchs makes 22" wheels now, for... wait for it... the Cayenne.
