Design your own old Porsche...
Have you guys seen this? Kind of fun,.....you get to choose which Porsche you want, wheels, colors, ride height, tires, decals, etc.
BusSelecta.com | Porsche Selecta Here's one I made..... http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1277578052.jpg |
Neat - here's mine, or at least how mine will look if I ever get the repainting done. I might even have to add the "Porsche" side script and door #'s now - wasn't planning on it but I kind of like it.

How do you copy to make a pic here? I right clicked, but that didn't work...
|
Paul,
Take a screen shot and paste that into photoshop or pc paint...then you can crop |
btw....hit the "print screen" key on your keyboard. that will create a screen shot that you can "Edit--->Paste" into PC Paint

No guards red as color option - that's a bit odd.
This is motiviating me to actually go work on my car. :) I've been losing sleep because technically the duck tail and Carrera front lower valence shouldn't be used in concert with chrome/polished trim (black door handles & window trim) but after studying this little picture I'm starting to think it might be okay even if it's not technically "correct". I know I'm a dork for actually paying attention to stuff like that... |
Guess I'm too computer illiterate...all I did was 15" fuchs & ride height 1...no irish green listed, so made it light Ivory. I just like 'em pure, I guess. ;)

You know, the early 911 looks pretty cool with the door handles shaved... |

how would you do a screen shot on a mac?

but even better, shift-command-4 gives you a little cursor. With the mouse, move the cursor to the top left of the portion of the screen you want, hold the button and drag right and down until you have the image you want captured, it drops a picture on the desktop. open in preview and you can save it as a jpeg, or even better, open in photoshop and play with it then save it as a jpeg. easy breezy lemon squeezy. |

So...this is for your average Porsches? They left out the exotic models.

I had to do a 356 and a 911. 356's are so sexy :D |
They have a swimwagen on the VW part, that is pretty exotic
