Just did my first triathlon
 

Like I don't have going on enough to keep myself busy. I decided to do a triathlon. I am pretty glad I did. It was actually really fun and a little tough.:mad: I am glad I did it. Now, I think I might have to sign up for more. :D

Congratulations! What distance? Olympic, sprint, etc?

Which triathlon??? I'm in Edwardsville.

Even after Total Immersion program I still hated the swimming leg.
My results were always: bottom of the swim results, top of the bike results, bottom of the run results. Guess I'm a cyclist.

Back in the 80's, I was running on daily basis and I decided to do the Montreal Marathon.

Did it, been there, done that... never ran another foot again in my life :D:D:D

That's the same conclusion that Lance Armstrong came to - for the same reason. He would come out of the water about dead last, pass everything with legs on the bike, then hang on for the run (decent but not great runner).

Jeez, shows how old I am. I remember when he was racing triathlons as a junior... :rolleyes:
