Wifey comes in hungry...didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant tonight. What can I throw together?

I'm torn, that looks tasty, but my scotch and red velvet cake late night snack wasn't exactly horrible...

Actually it was our supper...neither one of us ate dinner and we stayed up another 3-4 hours. Not much of an excuse, but I tried.;)
