What's with all the black late model Suburbans with heavily tinted windows? Is this the new limo here? Or is it security stuff?

Basically the new limo. Miles per gallon dont count for much when you are going short distances and sitting in traffic. Only the government ones are armored. Some high rollers use MB and Maybach sedans.

My company here in NYC has a full-time driver and an Escalade. Rigoddamneddiculous if you ask me.

They are popular among some of the minorities as well as Fed government and limo services. I know it sounds like I'm stereotyping but it's the truth. Same BS in LA as well. The rapper and movie crowd.

Heck, what color was Tiger's Escalade. BLACK w/ tinted everything

I have a funny story. One TARP fund receiving entity I know of has traded down to the Tahoe. Not in black and no tint. That will show them!:rolleyes:
