Office floor tiles buffing question

How the heck hospitals keep their floors so slicked and shinier ? Is it the high spped buffer they use ?
Please advice as to what i need to do to achieve atleast 50% of that shine in my office.
Thanks

There are a number of professional products available at your local janitorial supply. Hospitals and markets use a large commercial buffer and go thru a few operations to strip and re apply a sealer and polish. Products listed here:
For all your flooring needs: floor cleaners, area rugs, floor protection and more.

Or search VCT tile maintenance.

However, I have had pretty good success with Mop n Glow from the grocery store.

Or like we used to do in the Army, big power buffer and Johnson paste wax. Hell you could get a mirror shine on a painted wood floor with that stuff.

Our offices are buffed and shiny. Everyone's shoes squeak when they walk. Don't do it.

Floor gets buffed with a riding lawnmower-sized machine on a daily basis. Looks almost like a mini-Zamboni.
