my house smells like slow braised Hatch NM -green chili short ribs!
started the dish this morning. going "low and slow" in my dutch oven, nestled into my oven. non-standard meripoix..with onions, celery, and hatch new mexico chiles...went with some MILD ones..the girl coming over to eat cant handle food heat.. i will serve it over a bed of lightly buttered egg noodles.. house smells unbelievable! even though my nasal passages have been over loaded digging out a rosemary bush..
