RUF Auto US--Michigan visit
Chem man(Mike) and I took a ride down to Southfield today to visit the RUF Centre.
Besides traffic being freakin' ridiculous, it was a great trip. We spoke to 2 of the owners, Mike Melville and Dave Lang, who have been around Porsche and high end vehicles for many years. They are also known as Grand Sport but were recently awarded the RUF designation. (Yes, there is some debate on how this went down but you can contact Mike M for that story.) They were very welcoming and encouraged us to pass along the invite to stop by and check them out. All in all it's cool to know we have a connection with RUf right here. Mike and I are on vacation and I never thought about you guys that are self-employed being to get away. We did discuss doing more events along with the RSR club.

They are rebuilding a 3.0 right now and plan to do somoe tech sessions on it over the winter. I believe they said they will be advertising the dates in our PCA newsletter. I'll make sure you get the word on it.
