Meh, when you download a marketplace app, it tells you specifically what functions the app will have access to. If you choose to carry on with the app, that's a personal choice. It's kinda like the old saying 'Those who would give up essential liberty for security deserve neither.'
Read Apple TOU sometime. They can do pretty much anything they want with your personal information and do actively store quite a bit of it. |

I don't know but it seems to me that, well i'm not as worried about Apple having my information as I am about some app having it so it could be used to make money to ANYBODY that wants it or that can pay for it .... am I wrong about this? there's an article about information being tracked to China , I don't like that

Apples "walled garden" is no different than an xBox, PlayStation or Nintendo console.
There are benefits to the consumer when a 1st party is in the middle and sets the standard for it's platform. If you don't like the standard, don't buy the platform. Simple.
