I want another Porsche!

Ok so I love my 911, but its time to add a "new" car to the mix. I know the 928 gets very little respect around here but it is a car that I lusted after as a kid. As I matured the little 914 has become a car I often wonder about. Not going to drop a mint on another toy but maybe something easier to drive like a boxter or a 968? What do you guys think? Who owns what?

Personally.... I'd go for a 968. They are a much rarer car.

I've decided that after I finish the 914 Subie project and get the '68 911 rolling I may try my hand at building a 962. I've never done anything similar, but I built a bird house back in the 7th grade and that turned out fine . . . check out this guy's build and tell me it wouldn't be fun to drive to work on occasion:

Some Interesting Pictures

I'm in the same boat.
Have a 1973 911, but am looking for a daily driver.
Considering both a low mileage 944 turbo S and 944 S2.
For cars that cost ~$50k when new, they are quite a bargain now going for $10-15k for nice ones.

The 968 is the rare of the rare. They will never go down in price from where they are now.
