BTW, I do admit to running stop signs but if I didn't my average time would really suck :p

Exactly. While I would never consider any form of "retaliation", or "teaching them a lesson", it is beyond rude to continue to ride two or three abreast when you know cars are stacking up behind you. Hell, even one car stuck behind you. It is so absolutely easy to move over, when cyclists refuse to do so, their motivations are plainly obvious. Pure attitude. While I would never do it myself, it's pretty hard to work up any sympathy for ass hats like that who wind up getting run over.

solution. muscle car with big v8 and open headers. see how long they can stand to ride in front of you.

I'm thinking more along the lines of one of those magnum long range pepper spray cans, like they tout for use against bears. The ones that are "effective to over 30 feet". Just fog the bastards down out through the passenger window as you pass them. Repeat as often as necessary, getting all of your friends to do it as well, until the local cyclists get the message - play nice or get pepper sprayed.

I think the coppers might not approve of that, Jeff.

Can I do this to every guy on his Harley without a muffler? Maybe Harley riders would start to get the point that their overpriced noise makers bother everyone else. I'd go through 3 cans on a decent saturday with ease.

Yeah people do dumb stuff on bikes, just as they do in cars. I see idiot drivers running red lights every single day. Do I get to pepper spray them too? Bad behavior on the roads is hardly limited to cyclists.
