Apologies if this is a re-post.

It's a shame they started sniffing glue when they were designing the rear end... because the front of the car is *really* clean and nicely done. Would be interesting to see that front profile with a Cayman-esque hardtop, and decent wheels

Not putting miles on your car is like not having sex with your girlfriend, so she'll be more desirable to her next boyfriend.

Sweet. $600k and it sounds like a weed whipper gagging on 2 cycle.

The front looks so 917... Great looking car. Like it or not it is the future of motoring.

Although I still haven't worked out the rear vision mirrors on the outside. They look so small!

(I'm guessing it would sound better in real life)

I'm not sure what the problem is...what's not to like? It's WAY better looking than the Carrera GT. 500hp V8 with another 218hp on tap via KERS. Push to pass button with over 700 hp! 200mph, 0-60 in 3.2 seconds.

I think the car sounds great. raspy and raw. up to 78mpg?

awesome

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't this have a modified RS Spyder engine in it?

I would imagine that they still have some kinks to work out in the engine/exhaust area... I don't see them letting something out of the factory that sounds like that.

When the car was started, then started moving under its own power, it sounded a alot like the 9R6 V8 from the RS Spyder P2 Racing Car.

correct. and the car in the above video sounds exactly like an RS Spyder race car. ...hardly sounds like crap to my ears.

What's the big deal? Its nothing but an overgrown Boxster. Any Honda with a spoiler and decals would be as cool. Seriously, I think it is beautiful. Unfortunately, between emissions and Europe's noise restrictions, it won't sound as good as it could/should. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go start up my air-cooled 3.2 with the B&B exhaust.
