Winter in August...
Stopped in one of the big chain sporting good stores( Dicks), to pick up some stuff for my kayak and some shorts. I look around. Nothing. Everything is gone Not even a clearance rack. Replaced by down jackets and fleece, gloves wool hats snowboards and skis.
WTF?? It's freakin the second week of August!!! There is still 2 months of summer left!! I'm so fuchin sick of stores pushing the seasons. Every store whether its a clothing store, home improvement center. They all do it! Enough already!!  People still need summer stuff. End of rant...

I know what you mean. I went to Target, and they only had swimsuits and other summer wear. But it was for next summer!
Actually, I agree with you. It drives me crazy, too. But I suppose it makes marketing sense, or they wouldn't do it.

What does next summer's swimwear look like?
  Yep, this is the time of year that I buy outdoor patio stuff. All on close out. It's not even summer here yet. SoCal's summer is from now to Halloween. |

That little girl (daughter of booth across from mine) loved the bike. Always had to be on it, cried when they tried to pull her off. Get'em started young!
