Found a good resource for gout sufferers...
 
I've noticed that there are quite a few of us on this board who have gout and I found an excellent online resource that I wanted to share:

I'm not affiliated in any way, just a member who has gout and trying to learn as much as I can so I can manage it. Lots of good people sharing what they know and good information. I hope this helps!
