Tires get? I have never measured them before. They feel pretty warm I am on the road. Sorry about being vague.

Do you see any blistering or tread separation? How old are they?

Check the load rating and recommended pressures for the weight you are carrying.


All tires get hot but having the correct tire/load rating will help with driveability and wear.

I checked with a pyrometer and they were running 170. The load was about 75% rated. We made to our destination wit no footballs hanging off the side of the tires! Thank you for your response!
