Leftovers Anyone????
 

Made Sushi tonight, California rolls and fish and shrimp logs.... also tried making spring rolls for the first time tonight... the first one I made did not come out shaped too well (It is still on top of the pile) but the others I made came out great... flavor of everthing was outstanding.... also did fried mushrooms and egg rolls... I even made some of those steak and cilantro logs... Made a great sauce with Hoisin sauce mixed with a little peanut butter and made some homemade sweet and sour sauce.... In a few of the spring rolls, I added Mung bean noodles instead of rice noodles... was okay, but had less flavor than the rice noodles.....
