Ask your IT department

For me, I simply went into email setup, clicked the exchange icon and entered the basic info there (server name, etc). Took about 30 seconds

My IT department likes to justify their existence, I suspect they won't be very helpful.

outlook i just software used to retrieve messages from a server. you can set the iphone up to get mail from anywhere. i currently have a gmail, hotmail and yahoo account all working perfectly on mine.
