Fatty liver is what happened, that and being 5'10" and 230lbs of attitude! I traded in my cool card for a few more years with my kiddos...

Excellent! Watch the sauces for HFCS, most store-bought sauces are loaded with it. I use a lot of salsa, hot sauce, etc...

The Salsa is made fresh - pretty good stuff actually. As for the plates - thats what the Cafe serves it on and being close to the keyboard? Dude, I eat my food I don't fling it about and play with it!

Have you ever thought about going into business photographing food for magazines? I don't know how you make it look so good but it does and I hear food is hard to photograph.
