MS Excel help anyone? Save to PDF problem

I make single page customer invoices in Excel, usually as a ODS file.. Occasionally someone asks for the invoice as a PDF file, which has been no problem up till a few days ago.
Excel has begun publishing PDF's all messed up... 121 pages of mostly nothing, and a few dark streaks on the right hand side of some pages...
Strangely, when you open these PDF files, they're zoomed in to 831%. Zooming out just results in a tiny version...

I haven't changed any setting in Excel, so I'm not sure what's going on here. Anyone have any ideas on what's causing this? I've searched Google... nothing similar that I can find.

Halp!

What happens when you print to a printer? Look at the printer/page settings.

All else fails, reload Acrobat

What version of Excel are you using and how are you creating the pdf?

Check/set the Print Area.

it's not just my acrobat then.. I disc.overed the problem when I sent the PDF to a customer who wasn't able to read it. Then I poened it... and discovered the problem.
