A Very Nice Use of Leftovers...
Todays lunch - had some left over pasta from last night, found some left over pot roast - sautéed that with some red sauce, diced tomatoes and reduced with red wine - spiced with oregano, basil and garlic. Worked out well...

Hope you knocked some hot sauce in that mix! Looks good otherwise!

Didn't need the hot sauce - the wine reduction proved flavor-able. As for the plastic plate - I didn't want to eat it out of the Tupperware! I do have some civility ya know.;)

Keep at it! I had another excellent Dr's appt yesterday and he's very happy with my low liver enzymes. I did it 100% with diet and lifestyle changes, if I can do it, so can you! |
Quaker Oats has a high fiber instant oatmeal that is pretty good - with a sliced up banana it is a staple for breakfast and dinner.
One of the office girls made cup cakes for anothers birthday - "Mike, come have cup cakes with us!" "No no ladies, daddy z cut'n back - gots me a pair o 32 inch jeans Iz fix'n to slide into one o deez dayz!" |
