SE Quadangle Cruiser - one for the old BMXers
I spent years many many years riding/racing BMX (Mongoose) but sadly that was quite some time ago. I always lusted after the SE bikes like the Quadangle and PK Ripper.
I picked this up on ebay last weekend. 2009 24" Quad reissue/retro etc. Adjusted the seat and bars, ditched the red grips for the stock black SE ones, and off I went. This thing is a really nice ride, and made a few local errands on Sunday a lot more fun. I think I'll fit some bars with a bit more rise - and then try and resist the temptation to fit white Skyway Tuffs... Anyone else got the bug? ![]() ![]() ![]()

Oh man don't get me started. I don't need to be thinking about something else yet again to be spending money on...
My mother sold my old '92 chrome GT/Dyno at a garage sale without me knowing.. I'm still slightly pissed about that. She just thought "it was just some old bike".... ![]()

My favorite Redline was stolen, the replacement was finally given away. Byron does make me thing about it. Not sure my knees can take it. Every time I pass by the local bike shop, I do think about it...

You better stay away from the vintage bmx sites then Schumi, lots of cool stuff - and a bunch of restorer/collectors who make Porsche concourse types look positively normal.
