free motobike
This is what I see in CL and wonder how to get the bike registered with california DMV without paperwork? Is it posible? Is it easy or it will cost one $3k to do so?
Here is the original description: kawasaki ltd 750 i dont know anything about it..i dont know if it runs...i dont have any paperwork on it..a neighbor asked me if he could leave it here a "couple of days" like 8 months ago!! Come and get it but bring a truck and some help please just come and take it. It seems to be complete with nice tires

In AZ the property owner would apply for title as a vehicle abandoned on his property. DMV sends notice to last known address for owner. If no response property owner gets title.

I think you can post a bond in CA to get past the missing title and IIRC it's not expensive. I can give you a CA DMV specialist's phone number if you PM me for it.
