How low do you expect it to go? What are you waiting for? The rates are killer right now, take advantage of them; I do and did!

I just did several months ago and thought that was the lowest I got, but now it's even lower. In several months, I am losing around $10k, argg...
How low do I expect? Don't know. Just really don't want to keep doing it every several months.

Will not go any lower...interest rates are projected to climb to 4.35%-4.40% very shortly.

4.375? 30 years? How many points did you pay? We refi'd a year ago to go from 6.5 to 5. It might be interesting to refi, it just irritates me that you can't carry over the title insurance. What a scam.

no points. 30 years. it is going to save us over 90K over the life of the loan, and that is if we just pay it off as written.

We just refinanced at 3.875% fixed for 10 years. No points or fees. The guy we worked with said they're swamped with people refinancing, and he's been working 7 days a week.

Yep, our broker called us a few weeks ago and we closed the deal the friday before last.
Not quite 4.25 but close enough for 30 years...
