I have a USP40 that basically never gets used..

I assume he means an H&K USP 40.....

I'm in TN.

I'm not at all familiar with the legalities of it, but of course I'd want everything to be on the up and up.

Look at the TN law for a face to face transaction. If legal then just put an ad in the paper and sell locally.

I can send you some photos and we can talk about price.

Send pics my way as well. I'm in SC and have a shop that receives and transfers for me frequently.

Just post the pictures here... There will be several guys interested....

Unless something has changed... you post it for sale in a paper/want ad/gun board, meet seller, exchange firearm for cash/konk shells/pearls/whatever and go on your merry way.

I know the very thought of this causes some people to faint.

EDIT: This applies to TN only... every state is different. In PA I have to transfer a handgun through a FFL even if the buyer is also a resident of PA.

I'm not familiar with selling spoons.... They flow through a check valve around here... They enter the collection, but never leave!
