Despite acknowledging the inflatable awesomeness of the chest, bikini, and similar threads, I'd like a thread for people images that are classy, classic, elegant, and timeless - and sexy. If the image has a story, let's hear it too.

Elizabeth Taylor, during filming of 1958's Cat On A Hot Tin Roofwith Paul Newman. While she can't help but look sultry, Taylor also seems somber in this photograph. Shortly after filming began, her husband was killed in the crash of an airplane that she would have also been on, but for an illness.

Err, in the case of Glen's picture, classy is an opinion I suppose, but sexy is a fact - that it isn't. Unless Glen has a rather unusual fantasy life. I hope the next poster gets us back on track.

OK, to avoid any confusion, I have bolded the "and sexy" in the thread-starting post.

Katharine Ross seems timeless to me, perhaps because she turned her back on the "movie star" world so shortly after arriving. After The Graduate and Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid, she turned down further movie roles and returned to stage acting. She did some TV and a few small films here and there, but the way I see her will always be from 1969.

Just for my education, can you guys mention the names of these beautiful, classy dames? I'm not quite old enough to remember them all myself. I recognize Grace Kelly, Raquel Welch, Ella Fitzgerald, Dawn Wells, and Audrey Hepburn of course. (And Laura Bush). The others look familiar but I'm having a brain block.
