Today's Rant!! Cheap Aftermarket HID Headlights That Blind You! Argghh
I don't know where you guys live but here in Houston every idiot that has some ratted out import or wanna be //M or AMG or lifted truck or Buick slab on 26" wheels and even organ donor crotch rockets have aftermarket HID headlight kits (of course they are the cheapie Chinese\Taiwanese eBay Flea Market kits! and easy to spot \ recognize)..I have even seen regular mini vans like Toyota Siennas with aftermarket HIDs...!
I guess as the daylight hours are less I notice it more. The lifted trucks are the worse offenders it is bad enought they put HIDs in their headlights but they also put HIDs in their fog lights \ driving lights as well, these lights are so damn bright they can light up a baseball field...talk about blinding when they approach you from the opposite direction or behind you...and of course they are not adjusted at all on the road..they are adjusted to blind you! Makes me wish I had a Louisville Slugger in the trunk. If the cops want to make some $$$ pull these guys over and cash in. I know some States if a car did not come factory equipped it is illegal, wish that was the case here in Hewy. Yasin

Glad you said aftermarket. I absolutely love the factory HID lights on the Mustang.

Factory HID lights are great for the driver but even those can blind on coming traffic.
They're not bad but still dazzling if they're turning a corner or something. Were I live... After market ones are illegal. But that doesn't stop the kids putting them on everything. Seems the cops have better things to do.
