Any Pelicans in/around Tokyo?
 

I'm going to be on an Int'l business trip and will be spending next weekend in Tokyo. Anyone in the area want to have a drink, talk p-cars, etc.?

I'd love to check out some Japanese motorsport culture too...perhaps a little "fast and furious Tokyo drift":D or maybe see some stuff like this:
