Help setting up VM on Win7

I've downloaded and began the setup of VirtualBox by Oracle. I'm trying to install Win98 as a VM. VirtualBox asks me if I have a bootable disk(?); I don't know, so I go ahead anyhow and put my Win98 disk in the drive. VB tells me it's not a bootable disk How do I proceed?

Tell Virtual Box that you don't have a bootable disk...

I've only used the VBox "cd drive" as an iso image. Before you power on the VM, there should be an option to configure storage. Be sure to select your physical cd/dvd drive. If that doesn't do it, then make an ISO image of your windows cd.
