I can look into a culvert tomorrow, equipment rental place is only a few miles away so that's not a big deal either. I would love a big ass culvert and cover it in grass when all back filled. Lots of suggestions now to explore.

around here, you can just show up with a sketch and the guy will correct it for you - they may suggest "jeez [moron] you might want to get an engineer" but they'll do it for you too

I sorta have a loose building permit that might have it tacked onto if ya know what I mean.,
