Hey Jeff, it was a hit and I liked it a lot. We have enough fixings to do another batch.
I took it out of the crock pot and put it in a Pyrex dish with a cover to take to the dinner party as it was easier to travel with. It was a hit and pretty much everyone asked for the recipe.

we used to have pitch in's at the training center. one of the flight attendant instructors always made that buffalo chicken dip. it wasn't anything to die for, but strangely, nobody could stop eating it. i liked it.

Carve up a fresh pineapple. The top becomes a center piece for the plate and the quarters create little boats of fresh fruit. Add toothpicks and you're set.
