App Store free for the second download?

I buy apps for my iphone and I also put them on my wife's phone and it says, "already purchased push OK to download for free" We use the same account so what keeps someone from also downloading them to friends phones too using my account?

You have the login and password for your account, others don't. You can log to your account from any iphone, but you need the password.
