The $400 reward was offered as soon as the dog went missing - before she heard anything about the "new home".

As for the resolution - not my table. I just handled the transaction so she wasn't at physical risk. I advised other ways to handle it, but it's over now.

I'm glad she got the dog back and appears no worse for what it has been thru. Dogs are quite resilient and usually live in the moment.

Wow I wish I could get a gig like that. Every couple of weeks when I need a couple hundo for party-time, I could go steal your ex's dog and hold it for ransom.
