New axe in the arsenal

It's a Schecter C1 Artist pretty good quality for an import as i don't really have enough for a good american made.

Solid black with some sort of pearloid binding which looks pretty cool with the solid black and the Duncan designed pups. I Just wanted a hardtail because i'm really tired of ****ing around with my floating bridges.

Got it for $250 and it's Grover tuners. Another great deal from craigslist.

I really like the MOTL binding. Them look like humbuckers.

Yeah, everything I can find says it's a Sd JB in the bridge and a 59 in the neck but I'm not really sure as I've never seen them in that style with the flat metal cover, I would have really liked the emg 81/85 setup on some of there other ones but for 250 I can't complain.

My son has that same Schecter and he loves it!

Nice guitar. Schechter makes pretty good quality axes. I have a C-7 myself (very similar to yours except 7 string).... I like it but am going to sell it soon because Im getting rid of some gear that I dont use / play much any more. The Duncan design pups in the Schecters sound pretty good and they are solid guitars for the money.

BTW...if you want a real Seymour JB let me know I have one for sale for $50 less than a year old.

Which C-7 do you have and how much are you asking?

Sonic dB 11-16-2010 12:23 PM

Its a C-7 Diamond... Its black and in very good condition, no flaws except a small nick at the top of the head stock. I havent thought of a price yet, but the ones on ebay are typically going for over $400...if I list it there, it will be for 400 because of the fees but if someone wanted to buy it direct from me, Id go a little bit less...very good value for this guitar.
