He just wears shorts, t shirt and thongs (flip flops to our North American brothers). Poor guys gets a little sunburnt as well - thats the real reason Rudolf had a red nose!!

Australia has one of the most diverse cultures on the planet... More than 60% of us were born over seas.
With such a diverse culture you're always going to have some issues but it really is a great place to live.

Everything works (emergency, government services etc) and the government is legit.
Crime is something we could improve on but you still feel safe on the streets at night in most capital cities.

The cops do their job and are generally the very best of society. They work hard on ethnic relations and recruit accordingly.

There is a history of intolerance with the Aboriginal people but things are better now than they have ever been.
