Seven year olds teeth kicked out.

A very good friend has a boy with the witch from hell. She is (was till now) a day care provider out of her house. She told the boy to go clean his room and like a seven year old was not moving fast enough for her.

She grabbed him by the hair and pulled him to his room yelling at him. She started at him again so he crouched down. She kicked him in the mouth so hard it knocked his front teeth out.

The dentist is trying to save the one permanent tooth. My friend has full charge of the boy now. What do you think will happen to this low life witch.

I will let you all know after her court date..

Nothing wrong with her a deer rifle can't fix.

Sex with a crazy chick, and/or recreational drug use aren't always as fun as they sound.

She needs to have her legs broken in several places (for starters)

Wow, and was a day care provider. That's really scary. It's bad enough that she can be abusive to her own, but really scary that she has the opportunity to be a witch to other people's kids who trust her.

Hopefully, they aren't too merciful. There's NO excuse for kicking a kid!

If someone hasn't called the Sheriff's office already it's high time you do so...

A kick to the head head could have killed him or caused a traumatic brain injury.

+1
they need to pull her day care license.

Does the child belong to her? If so, I'm guessing anger management classes, frequent visits from a social worker and parole for endangering a minor (if she is lucky). She will most likely lose her license as child day care provider.

ya think?

To answer the OP's question, the father needs to file for separation and custody. Shouldn't be hard to do. But the boy will be in Social Services custody just as soon as the cops or social workers hear about this. Or, if he tries to attend school they will pull him out and place him with a foster family if they can. Otherwise, he will spend his time in a detention center until the paperwork is worked out. There is no need for charges to be filed. That's automatic.

The father needs to move fast and be in the lawyer's office tomorrow morning.

+1 on the deer rifle.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

My 7YO was finishing up his bath when I read this. I gave him an extra hug.

"Dad, why are you hugging me like a bear?"

"cuz I love you, buddy."

For when you care enough to send the very best .....................................

They should get CPS invovled at the hospital, then it will probably be referred to the D.A.
She will get the very best treatment in jail....

Two Rivers 11-28-2010 04:33 PM

They where already separated long ago. The custody has been turned over to the dad. Her new boy friend sold his harley to get her out of jail. The daycare license has been removed and she is awaiting trial.

There are a lot of pissed off people saying she might not make it to trial.

A930Rocket 11-28-2010 04:39 PM

Wow! There should be a raffle to kick her teeth in...

Crowbob 11-28-2010 04:41 PM

If she has any.

So, this is an old story. What exactly were you looking for here?

I know I don't need to say this....
What would have happened if his dad had kicked him in the face?
The bias when dealing with this crap is amazing.

His fellow inmates would have kicked in his teeth, made him do multiple BJ's before raping him to death. Yeah, she'll get off light compared to that.

A930Rocket 11-28-2010 06:41 PM

What bias? Either one who did should it should have thierteeth kicked out and a hot poker shoved up thier arse.

-If that were my child? That woman would be the one looking for significant dental work. If I wound up in jail for this, I would be happy to be there.

N!
