Blackberry PIN & messenger services
Had a BB for some time now,
A friend recently bought a newer model than my 8310 and wanted to invite me to use her messenger service I went to install the messenger on mine and it wouldn't (Device not new enough or something) can I get a version to work on my older phone, and does PIN require any further software to work or is it the same on all BB Richard my PIN: Last edited by dependencies; 12-04-2010 at 08:06 AM.. Your PIN is your individual cell phone's identifier. I don't know if hackers can do anything with it but you might want to delete it from a public thread.

I use it all the time and it works well, and is free anywhere in the world.
That said I have a 9700...

I have an earlier 8310 and only yesterday corresponded with a BB geek to confirm it works,
My berry is too old an OS to support messenger so it might be time for either an OS/handset upgrade to enjoy messenger, bah humbug! |
