Online shop: website states one price, bill states another? WTF
So, I just ordered some parts from a small online vendor for my car. The price listed on the website says one thing and when I check my account the price is X+50.00. I called the guy and he said " Oh, my website is way out of date blah, blah".
What would you do? This is not a commonplace item but still.... |
I would return it unless it is worth to you what you paid for it or you cannot get it cheaper somewhere else.
I would certainly stop doing business with that company since it appears they did not offer to make it right for you. |

If a merchant gets too many complaints they get their merchant account yanked. What's the URL. You can also file a complaint with their gateway and ISP. |
Has the website now been fixed?
If it has then the guy was probably telling you the truth. |
