Tom Brokaw, Bridging the Divide
 

Very good program, anyone hear about it before. It was on USA Network this morning at 11 AM.

Missed it. One of the best books I've read in a while is his "Greatest Generation." He honors my parent's generation in a way that no one else has. Brokaw isn't just a journalist, he's thoughtful and respectful historian.

But he isn't a knuckle dragging conservative loudmouth, so some people don't like him.

It wasn't about Brokaw so didn't make any difference if one likes or dislikes him. He more than likely was the producer. I found the people he profiled very impressive.

I watched about 20 minutes, then had to run and meet some friends.. So I recorded it on my DVR.. Was pretty interesting the part I watched was very good.. Will catch the rest later..

Still only took four minutes for some a-hole to try and spin the thread....who I bet had not even seen the show.. typical...
