There are class 3 shoots all over the place, usually very well publicized and attended. There were no visible ATF agents at the one I was at in Kentucky.

The rifle & pistol club I belong to has a full auto shoot every year...not to the scale of the one in the video tho.
Gosh, I could watch that lady fire from the prone position all day long...
