High School Football
Had a fun day yesterday
Our HS, Denton Guyer, made it to the 5a state championship game. 50 degrees in Dallas which made for perfect tailgating weather. They lost 24-21 but the boys played a great game and we are all proud of them. It was one of three championship games played at the new Cowboys Stadium with about 50-60,000 in attendance. What a great experience for them. Sure to be a lifelong memory. |

Don't recall the year they went to 2 divisions in each class but it still means there are over 100 schools in that division. Rumors of 6-A for years. We'll see.
