Question re: parf - or parftastic
 

I'm probably setting myself up for a ton of 'virtual' abuse over this one. I have done a search & googled the acronym & the best I could come up with is
" Preferential Additional Registration Fee (PARF) Rebate". The term has been referred to by members of this board on numerous occasions but I am still at sea. Would someone be so kind to enlighten me & please try not to laugh too hard.

It is a dark and ugly place. Most people there can't argue the facts or at least their position, they just drop down into the mud and start calling each other stupid names. It gets tedious very quickly.
