Alaska...right? Sitka used to be the fourth largest city there, but only has about 8k people.

Trick question, sort of. I believe it's the City and County of Honolulu; it goes to Guam. Largest in the continental US? San Bernardino County, CA

I was wrong. The largest Oregon county by size is Harney County, which is 10,135 square miles. Not the US.
