I witnessed some gross table etiquette Sunday

I went to a small dive type restaurant at a pier at Va Beach..It was crowded so my Dad and I sat at the bar to wait for a table..The TVs were on the opposite wall with a couple booths underneath..This family was eating under the tv, 4 adults and a 1-2 year old girl..The girl was waving her hand around like she had something sticky on it..The mom puts the little girls hand in her own mouth, wraps her lips around it and pulls it out.. This was not a trailerpark type place nor was the family trailerpark either..
Now I've seen alot a disgusting crap in my life, but I can't get this image out of my brain..
For one, lord only knows what kind of stuff is on this little girls hand, and two, what would make her mom think she was cleaning it with her mouth ?

Yeah, that's pretty disgusting.

We worked with a trailer park kind of guy. I didn't witness either of these things myself, but have had multiple guys swear that they did.

On one occasion, this guy is at Chilis eating. Apparently, has an itch on his foot, so he proceeds to put the business end of his fork into his shoe to scratch, then finishes eating with the fork.
I'm a bit dubious, but multiple folks have sworn to the story.

Even worse. The guy is eating lunch, someone says "you've got some ranch in your goatee." So he flips the bottom of his goatee up into his mouth and sucks the ranch out of his goatee.

he's a nasty, greasy dude that looks like he rarely washes his hair (either that or he's still using brylcreem)

Ahh...Virginia Beach, I went to a Navy school out there. I remember going to one restaurant where the waitress told us not to give her any crap, she was tired and about to enlist in the Army...not that we had any intention on giving the waitress crap...what a strange place.
