Pretty funny. Some of the language is not safe for work.

Hey, I just did some work for that guy. His brother in law diagnosed it over the phone for him, and if I ran into any problems I could call his brother in law for advice. Fvkin' ass hat. His brother in law was wrong, and I was also way over priced. He is scratched off the future customer list.

Oh, I forgot to mention in my first post. He did try to supply his own used parts, which he did not need anyhow.

Sounds like the idiots that want us to come fix their sign. They can tell you exactly whats wrong even when they haven't been the 60ft up to it. Or they will call and want a free estimate...
