Bought the wife and daughter the 64GB with 3G. Have not used the 3G yet (only wireless), but it was only about $100 more, so thought it would be great to use it when travelling. I was skeptical at first, but IMHO, the ipad is slicker than snot on a doorknob.

I did not realize that the Wifi only did not have GPS...I'm not sure I can deal with that?!

What are the 3G plan choices?

Saw all the ipads the other day at Sam's Club. The prices are slightly below the best retail prices like Best Buy but the have a great return policy if there ever is an issue.

I have that feature on my HD2. I prefer using the Bluetooth connection, since it uses a lot less power. And there is also the option of using a USB cable, which can also charge the phone.

I wonder if the iPad can use bluetooth to connect to a phone for internet access.
